On offer is a fantastic opportunity to lead a highly skilled, multi functional project management team ensuring all NPI is carried out on time and to budget.
This great manufacturing company is going from strength to strength and now looking to bolster their engineering department.
The role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Director from a Manufacturing background looking to lead NPI projects.
The role:
- Lead cross-functional programs to bring new products (mechanical, electrical, hardware, software) from concept through stage-gate to market launch.
- Manage and mentor project/program managers, while aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex products, reporting directly to VP Engineering and CTO.
The Candidate:
- Seasoned engineering leader managing NPI projects across mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software.
- Engineering degree
- Looking to play a vital role in in the success of the business
