In this position you will be responsible for overseeing general operations and processes through engineering, quality and sales to support the organization. You will create and implement engineering procedures, ensure all teams function effectively, take responsibility for financial and operational targets, work with business development and sales teams to generate new opportunities and be a key decision maker within the organization.

The Position:

The Candidate:
- Operation management experience
- Engineering or manufacturing background
- Hands on experience working across multi-disciplinary projects
