Are you an experienced Packaging professional looking to take ownership of packaging operations within a well established and growing organisation?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead packaging strategy, ensure compliance with major standards and work closely with key customers. The role offers autonomy, long term stability and the chance to drive continuous improvement across production.

The Role
- Lead packaging strategy, ensuring all operations meet customer, legal and quality standards
- Manage packaging suppliers, compliance, regulations and customer technical relationships
- Support new product launches, audits, site visits and continuous improvement projects
- Drive environmental performance by reducing waste and improving packaging efficiency
The Person
- Experience in packaging operations, food manufacturing, technical or quality functions
- Strong knowledge of GMP, BRCGS, HACCP and retailer Codes of Practice
- Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Professional, organised and confident working with both internal teams and customers
