Plant Engineer

Are you a Plant Engineer with experience in the food or beverage industry looking to join a fast-growing, multi-site market leader with exciting investment into the latest technology and continued growth?
Do you want to work across technically challenging engineering projects, operating as subject matter expert with career progression into leadership?
In this hands on role you will play a key role in the engineering department, working cross functionally across a range of CAPEX and continuous improvement projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for design, reliability, safety, project management and execution, budgeting and engineering finance, leading the maintenance team including a manager, supervisors and technicians.
This position offers a high degree of autonomy, variety, technically challenging projects and the chance to progress your career into more senior positions across the organization.

The Position:
- Subject matter expert working across a range of key CAPEX & continuous improvement engineering projects from initial concept to completion
- Work across new equipment installation, construction of new lines, plant expansions, maintenance, reliability and safety
- Operate cross functionally with maintenance and engineering teams to lead engineering support for all production, packaging, and utility systems
- Technically challenging, autonomous position with career progression opportunities
The Person:
- Plant Engineer from a food or beverage background
- Proven experience leading teams and executing complex engineering projects
- Engineering Degree and willing to work on call when required
