This is an opportunity to join a respected housing provider as part of their in-house maintenance team, delivering essential plumbing and multi-trade repairs across West London and surrounding areas. You'll be working in a permanent, full-time role with a company van provided, steady work, and the backing of a supportive and well-structured organisation.
In this role, you will carry out a wide range of domestic plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, pipework, water tanks and bathrooms. Alongside your plumbing work, you'll complete associated multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, decorating and patch plastering, helping to resolve issues right first time and minimise repeat visits.
This position offers excellent stability, a consistent working pattern and a supportive environment where tradespeople are trusted and respected. You'll be a key point of contact for residents, delivering a professional, customer-focused service and maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.
The ideal candidate is an experienced domestic plumber with good all-round maintenance skills, strong customer service and a pride in delivering quality repairs in occupied homes.
This role would suit a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Multi-Trade Technician with experience in housing, repairs or domestic maintenance who is looking for security, strong benefits and a long-term career with a reputable organisation.
The Role:
- Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in occupied properties
- Work on sinks, pipework, water tanks, bathrooms and associated fittings
- Complete multi-trade repairs alongside plumbing work (tiling, patch plastering, basic carpentry, decorating)
- Communicate professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service
- Monday - Friday, 40 Hours/Week, Permanent Role
The Person:
- Qualified Plumber (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent experience)
- Experience in domestic repairs or housing maintenance environments
- Good multi-trade skills alongside plumbing
- Full UK driving licence and own hand tools
