This multi-discipline construction company have been established for over 100 years and operate across a variety of construction disciplines, ranging from small extensions and refurbishments to the design and build of new developments, with their teams delivering construction excellence across the Health, Education and Commercial sectors. Their strong and repeat client based has allowed for a great pipeline of work moving into 2023 and is testament to their ongoing success . Due to this, they are now looking to recruit a successful Pre Construction Manager to manage one of their highly skilled and established teams.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Board and your bid team to ensure regional construction projects are carried out successfully, undertaking activities including but not limited to; developing the pre-construction programmes, delivery of programme and operational delivery strategy for each project, ensuring the bid teams are managing and collating inputs from a variety of stakeholders, identifying and presenting new opportunities for review with the Board, identifying and sharing market intelligence and ensuring a dynamic bid library is maintained to assist in future bid collateral.

Therefore, this role would ideally suit an experienced Pre Construction Manager , keen to join an award winning, high profile company, working at Board level, working on diverse projects for a strong client base, with full autonomy to manage and contribute to the success of their team.
