With ongoing success in the hyperscale data center sector, they are now seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and client coordination during early project phases.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, you'll be responsible for leading preconstruction efforts across major data center projects, collaborating closely with senior leadership, estimating, and project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and constructability from concept through to execution.

The Role:


  • Lead all preconstruction activities for large-scale electrical data center projects.

  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and value engineering strategies during early project phases.

  • Coordinate with estimating, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Drive process improvements and support strategic project planning.

  • Clear progression path to senior and executive roles within a top-tier contractor.


The Person:


  • Experienced in electrical construction (industrial or commercial).

  • Proven background in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
