Are you a Process Engineer with continuous improvement experience looking to work on brand new equipment and play a key role in implementing new CI initiatives while progressing your career into senior and leadership positions if desired?
On offer is a chance to get your foot in the door early with a rapidly growing company and play a key role in the process engineering department. You will receive full hands-on training to develop you into a subject matter expert.

On offer is a Process Engineer position that will be heavily involved with driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within a bespoke manufacturing facility.
This role would suit a Process/ Continuous Improvement Engineer, looking to take the next step in their career and work with exciting new technologies. You will receive all the tools to develop into a technical expert in the future.
The Role:
- Design, develop and implement Process & Continuous improvement efforts
- Working within a bespoke manufacturing facility
- Progress into Senior, Lead & Management positions
- Monday to Friday, Days
The Candidate:
- Experience within Manufacturing environment
- Process/Continuous improvement experience
- Looking to become subject matter expert
