4 on 4 off shift rotation ( DAYS only)

Due to continued expansion they are looking for 2 Production Managers to join the team in a 4 on 4 off days-based role offering a great work life balance!
In this role you will be reporting in to the Operations Manager & will be directly responsible for teams of production operatives. Team leaders will also report into you & you will oversee daily operations on a busy food site to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

The Role:
- Oversee daily operations of a busy food production site on a 4 on 4 off days-based shift rotation
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to manage workflow & optimize line performance
- Shift planning and resource allocation
- Team Management, recruitment & onboarding
- Quality, Compliance, Health & safety & Continuous improvement projects to drive performance, increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Risk assessments & incident investigations
The Person:
- Previous experience in a food environment as a Production Manager or as a Production Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to Lead, Coach and develop you team & team leaders to maintain high performance and employee engagement
- Looking to work for a great company who are passionate about the environment & sustainability alongside providing a great place to work for their loyal employees
