Production Manager
Jacksonville, Florida (Relocation Provided)

In this role you will lead production teams through the production of a range of technical products, you will design and enhance production systems and planning systems through continuous improvement initiatives, mentor and develop production teams, plan and lead the production department finances and KPI's, whilst growing the team and department.
This position would suit someone with experience in a sewing, cutting, RF or hot air welding environment, that is looking to play a vital role in developing and enhancing production within a pioneering manufacturing plant with continued growth and exciting investment in new technology.
The Role:
* Lead production teams across a range of technical products supplied to a number of markets
* Design and enhance product processes and systems
* Lead continuous improvement activities, production finances and KPI's
* Mentor, train and grow the production team

The Person:
* Production Manager
* Experience within cutting, sewing, RF welding or hot air welding environment is a must
* Preferably bilingual (English & Spanish)
