You will be responsible for overseeing assembly operations, coordinating daily workflow, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Role:
- Lead and supervise assembly operations across electrical and electronic products
- Manage workflow, resources, and scheduling to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and workplace safety
The Candidate:
- Experience as an Assembly or Production Supervisor in an electrical or electronic manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on technical knowledge of assembly processes and quality standards
