Excellent opportunity for a Senior Program Manager within the Automotive industry, who is passionate about working with many different clients and providing specialized consulting services in software development.
The company is a leading international company with their core competency in automotive software, with decades of cumulative years of experience in the field we are able to provide our customers the required technical expertise to overcome the increasingly challenging and demanding projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Program Manager from the Automotive industry, with proven skills using AutoSar and functional safety principles included ISO26262. Also, you will have experience leading projects, ensuring that the projects has met the requirements, budget and timeline goals.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first hires within the German market as part of their global expansion.
The role:
- Develop and manage projects plans for assigned programs, ensuring the requirements met the scope, budget management and timeline goals
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contract.
- Manage internal and external resources effectively, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing program data and implementing best practice understand client needs and objectives, tailoring solutions to their specific challenges.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, minimizing client value.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations throughout the program lifecycle resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and manager marketing campaigns and other client engagements initiatives
conduct market research and analysis to identity new client opportunities.
The person:
- Successful completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree within a technical field.
- 7+ years' experience as a Program Manager or Account Manager within the automotive industry.
- Excellent experience of ECU development lifecycles across all stages, including definition design, implementation, testing and integration.
- Excellent knowledge of AUTOSAR and Functional safety standards- ISO26262.
- Beneficial to have cybersecurity measures and e-mobility technologies.
- Fluent English and C1 German, both in writing and speaking.
