Are you an organised Project Administrator or Project Coordinator with experience supporting construction projects, looking to join a fast-growing modular construction business with strong long-term progression?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company operating in the modular/offsite sector, a market seeing rapid growth across the US. With a strong pipeline of projects and increasing demand, the business is looking to strengthen its project delivery team with a key hire who can support Project Managers and keep projects running efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, who enjoys being at the centre of project activity, supporting delivery, managing documentation, and ensuring everything stays on track.
The Role:
* Support Project Managers across multiple construction projects
* Assist with contract administration, documentation, and project tracking
* Coordinate project schedules, submittals, and communications
* Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with processes
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
The Person:
* Experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
* Background in construction or related industry preferred
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
