Project Engineer (Aerospace / Turbines)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Progression + Global Travel + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k + Excellent Benefits
Location: Stuart, FL (Commutable from: Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, Palm City, West Palm Beach)

They are looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to be recognized for their skills and eventually mold a department as they progress into a management position.
On offer is a high-autonomy role where you will be responsible for leading cutting-edge technical projects from start to finish. You will travel internationally (25-50%) to oversee implementation, act as the technical authority on-site, and work with blue-chip clients to deliver niche, high-value solutions.
The Role:
- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end production of complex gas turbine/aerospace components.
- Vendor Management: Lead subcontractors to meet strict cost, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure hardware meets ITAR and ISO/Aerospace quality standards.
The Candidate:
- Manufacturing experience from Aerospace, Turbines or Power Gen
- Strategic Project Lead: Proven ability to manage large budgets, timelines, and external subcontractors from start to finish.
- Regulatory & Quality Pro: Expert in strict quality standards (ISO/AS) and must meet U.S. Person (ITAR) status.
