Project Manager
Commercial Solar
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid / Site-based as required)
£45,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Laptop + Phone + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Progression
Are you an experienced Project Manager from a construction or renewable energy background, ready to take ownership of commercial solar projects from start to finish?

This company has been established for over 17 years and delivers high-quality commercial solar PV and battery storage projects across the UK. They're now looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery - managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
The company invests in people and provides ongoing training. There's genuine scope to grow with the business for the right individual. They're looking for someone who can manage projects effectively across multiple sites and support both internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and manage project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines are met. Coordinate engineers, contractors, and clients, monitor budgets, manage contracts, and oversee commissioning and handover. Promote best practices and continuous improvement across all projects.
The Role:
- Manage multiple solar projects
- Own project budgets and programmes
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors
- Ensure safety and quality standards
- Deliver projects on time
The Person:
- Proven PM experience in construction or renewables
- Strong organiser and communicator
- Can manage multiple projects
- Solution-focused and proactive
- Experience in solar PV/BESS desirable
