Project Manager (Site Based)
West London
£60,000 - £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Paid travel to sites + 25 Days Holiday + Progression + Training
Are you a Project Manager looking to take full ownership of complex high-end residential projects in some of London's most prestigious environments?
Are you looking to join an established but growing construction business where you can lead projects independently and progress quickly based purely on performance?
The successful candidate will be given genuine progression, full project autonomy, and the opportunity to lead projects across prime residential and commercial environments.
This company specialise in delivering complex reconfigurations, extensions, unique installations and planned maintenance programmes for high-end private clients, designers and brands. They are looking to appoint a confident Project Manager to support their continued growth.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in project delivery, acting as the lead on site, managing the full construction lifecycle, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to exceptional standards within sensitive and high-profile environments.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager with proven high-end residential experience who is confident dealing directly with demanding clients and is ready to take full accountability within a growing and ambitious team.
The Role:
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Take full responsibility for Health & Safety, RAMS and site inductions
- Liaise directly with high-end residential and commercial clients
- Site-based role, 5 days per week across West London
The Person:
- Proven PM experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to run projects independently
- SMSTS and First Aid (required)
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Hands-on and commercially aware
