Are you a Commercial Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-impact projects while progressing into senior and executive-level leadership within a growing construction business?
On offer is the opportunity to manage complex, high-profile commercial projects while being developed for long-term leadership. You will be trusted with significant responsibility, work closely with senior management, and gain exposure to the strategic side of the business as part of a clear progression plan toward senior and executive roles.
This is a well-established commercial contractor with a strong presence in the Augusta market. They are known for delivering high-quality projects through a collaborative, close-knit team and for promoting from within. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead multimillion-dollar projects and play a key role in the company's long-term expansion.
In this role, you will manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and resources while coordinating closely with clients, design teams, superintendents, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing risk, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The Role:
- Commercial Construction Project Manager overseeing projects from start to finish
