Project Manager - Industrial Technology / Water treatment / Chemical
Texas Based - Remote with 25% travel
$100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Training & Development + Healthcare & Benefits Package

They are now entering a key growth phase and are looking to bring onboard a Project Manager to work alongside senior leadership to build project structure, systems and delivery processes across the business.
This position will work closely alongside the COO and cross functional teams including Sales, Engineering and Lab teams, taking the lead in project execution and customer updates. This will include managing multiple technical projects, building project processes ahead of customer orders, coordinating with EPC partners and acting as a key customer facing contact. Full product training will be provided and the role will be remote with approximately 25% travel to client sites.

The role:
- Opportunity to join a successful start up and build project management processes from scratch
- Work closely with executive leadership and take the lead in technical project delivery
- Managing multiple engineering and customer projects from planning through execution

The Person:
- Project Management experience within industrial, water treatment or chemical background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar
- Experience developing PM processes and overseeing technical projects
- Driving license required
