The Role
You'll take full ownership of modular construction projects from pre-construction through delivery, coordinating design, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll play a key role in driving programme, cost control, and stakeholder communication across multiple modular projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage modular construction projects from design coordination through manufacturing and installation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve programme, cost, and technical challenges proactively

You will have:
- Experience as a Project Manager within modular, or offsite manufacturing
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in modular and sustainable construction
The Package
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary
- California based role - remote / travel to project sites
