Project Scheduler
$135,000 - $145,000 + Progression + Bonus + Profit Share + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Project Scheduler looking to take ownership of major commercial projects while progressing your career within a growing contractor that values long-term development?

You will work closely with project and field leadership while developing your career toward senior planning or project controls leadership.
This well-established contractor delivers complex commercial and industrial construction projects across the region and continues to grow through repeat business and long-term client partnerships. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Project Scheduler to support both active and upcoming projects across their portfolio.
In this role, you will develop and maintain project schedules from preconstruction through completion, working alongside Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure realistic sequencing, accurate progress tracking, and proactive risk mitigation. You will play a key role in improving planning standards across the business while helping project teams keep work on track and well-coordinated.
This role would suit a Project Scheduler who enjoys working closely with project teams, influencing delivery success, and progressing into senior leadership.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple commercial construction projects
- Work with project and field teams to define sequencing, durations, and milestones
- Conduct schedule updates and progress reviews to identify risks and delays
- Support preconstruction planning and improve scheduling standards across projects
The Person:
- Experience scheduling commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
- Organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple schedules simultaneously
- Motivated by career progression within project planning or project controls
- Proficient using Primavera P6
