Rochester, New Hampshire - COMMUTABLE FROM: (Dover, Portsmouth, Somersworth, Exeter, New Market, Durham, Hampton, Manchester)
$95,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus + Training & Progression + PTO + 401(k) + Healthcare Package
Are you an experienced Purchasing or Supply Chain professional looking to take ownership of strategic procurement function within a growing, forward-thinking manufacturer, managing a high performing team?

The Role:
Oversee and manage all purchasing activities across direct and indirect materials
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives for cost, quality, and delivery
Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, contracts, and long-term partnerships
Lead supplier performance reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to support production and new product introduction (NPI) projects
The Person:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and manage strategic sourcing initiatives
