Rochester, New Hampshire - COMMUTABLE FROM: (Dover, Portsmouth, Somersworth, Exeter, New Market, Durham, Hampton, Manchester)


$95,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus + Training & Progression + PTO + 401(k) + Healthcare Package


Are you an experienced Purchasing or Supply Chain professional looking to take ownership of strategic procurement function within a growing, forward-thinking manufacturer, managing a high performing team?


On offer is a leadership role where you'll drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and cost optimization for a globally recognized company known for its engineering excellence and high-performance product range. You will be responsible for 5 direct reports and grow your management skills.

This role would suit a Purchasing Manager or Senior Buyer looking to step into a senior leadership position, shaping the company's procurement strategy and supporting operational and new product development goals. The Role:


  • Oversee and manage all purchasing activities across direct and indirect materials

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives for cost, quality, and delivery

  • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, contracts, and long-term partnerships

  • Lead supplier performance reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to support production and new product introduction (NPI) projects

The Person:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment

  • Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and manage strategic sourcing initiatives
