$85,000 - $95,000 + Bonuses

Are you a Quality Engineer from an Industrial Electrical background looking for training, progression, bonuses and the trust and autonomy to introduce ISO standards?
Do you feel now is the right time to make an actual difference within your organization, implementing Quality Management Systems and have the chance to progress to Quality Manager?
This highly respected company own multiple subsidiaries across The States and due to significant growth plans in their Tulsa facility - are now looking for a Quality Engineer to continue to take them to the next level.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Quality Management Systems. The company are looking to become fully accredited to ISO standards (9001 - 2015) so you'll be working very closely with the Quality Manager - with the option in the future to step into that role!
This position would suit a motivated Quality professional looking to progress their career and join a company that will develop your skills and trust you to utilize your experience.
The role:
- Assist with the development of Quality processes
- Develop & maintain ISO 9001 procedures with the Quality Manager
- Work cross-functionally with other teams in regard to short and long term project planning
- Company AND Individual Performance Bonuses available
The person:
- From an Industrial Electrical background
- Exposure and understanding of ISO 9001 standards
- Looking to progress through to Seniority and Managerial roles in the future
- Planning / project management exposure
