This is a floor-based QA role supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging. You'll be on the shop floor observing processes, checking that procedures are followed correctly, and making sure quality and GMP standards are being met at every step.
In this role, you're not running machines, you're the one making sure everything is done correctly. You'll be trained on company procedures and systems, then quickly move into a hands-on quality presence on the floor as you build confidence in the role.

The Role:
- 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Floor-based QA oversight in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging
- Observe operators and verify SOP and GMP compliance
- Document activity and escalate issues when standards are not met
The Person:
- QA Inspector experience / experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with oral solid dosage products beneficial
- Confident speaking up and enforcing standards on the floor
- Stable work history and looking for a long-term opportunity
