In this hands on role you lead process inspection, assist with product testing, write reports, set KPI's and targets, work through continuous improvement projects, ensure products meet safety and standard requirements. The role involves working cross functionally with suppliers, purchasing, warehousing teams and senior leadership.

The Role:
- Lead the quality team through a range of key processes and procedures for unique, industry leading products
- In this hands on role you will conduct continuous improvement initiatives, ensure products meet safety and standard requirements, lead inspection and assist with product testing
- Work cross functionally with seniors leadership, warehousing, purchasing, suppliers and engineering teams

- Quality Supervisor / Lead
- Manufacturing or production background
- Strong people leadership and communication skills (preferably bilingual, English & Spanish)
