Quantity Surveyor (Residential)
£55,000 - £65,000+ £6K Car Allowance + Benefits Package

This reputable housebuilder specialise in new build properties both in and around East Anglia. They pride themselves on building quality, high standard homes and have been given multiple awards in recognition of the high-quality projects they deliver. They build homes in both the countryside and city, they have an individual approach to each development ensuring that the layout and design is unique to the local character of each location. They have a well-established Commercial department with a mixed of experienced and junior professionals. Due to a number of new developments and growth of the company they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a high quality Developer and play their part in the success in a growing company.
Reporting to the commercial director you will be overseeing a number of residential developments tasked with working on projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for conducting Bill of Quantities. Takes offs and monthly valuations through to final accounts. You will also be required to conduct regular site visits.
The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience, working on residential projects, who is looking to join a residential housebuilder with a strong growth plan and progression opportunities.
The role:
- Quantity Surveyor
- Working on a variety of residential developments
- Working on Projects from concept through to final accounts
- Conducting BOQ's, takes offs, and valuations through to final accounts
- Occasional site Visits
The person:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience experience
- Strong Construction experience ideally residential housebuilding
- Preferably experience with COINs
- Full UK driving license
