The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with reliability and maintenance experience, looking to join a business that truly invests in its staff.
The Role:
- Improve reliability across the site as part of a team
- Conduct root cause analysis, condition monitoring and preventative/predictive maintenance
- Analyze data and drive efficiency across machines and production lines
- Collaborate with the reliability and maintenance team to support capital project execution
- Monday-Friday, days role
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
- Previous reliability / maintenance experience within a relevant field (manufacturing, industrial equipment)
- Knowledge or exposure to condition monitoring techniques (e.g. oil analysis, vibration)
- Looking for long-term career growth
