Renewable Site Manager
Wales
This will be covering an assigned region within Wales dependent on location
£45,000 + Performance Bonus (Usually £5,000 per annum) + Overtime paid at a Premium Rate + Company Van and Fuel Card + Stay away Bonuses and generous expenses
Are you a Renewable Electrician looking for a step up into management? Do you want to join a large-scale company operating nationwide with continuous progression opportunities?
If successful you will be joining a network of over 1000 employees, with motivation and purpose at their heart. They have gone from success to success and due to winning further contracts are looking to bring on more electricians to the team.
Your role within the company will involve working closely with the Quality Supervisor to ensure efficient and compliant Solar and ASHP installations across. You will be part of a network of Site Managers where you will oversee specific a region of installations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have their NVQ Level 3 with AM2 and 2391. They will have experience working with renewables and will feel confident in their ability to lead other employees.
The Role
* Overseeing of domestic renewable installations
* Working alongside Quality Supervisor on compliance
* Infrequent stay away required
The Person
* NVQ Level 3 with AM2
* Experience on Solar and/or ASHP
* Confident in leadership ability
