$85,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commission (~$25k - $30k) + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k + Fully Paid Travel

Are you a Sales Engineer with Manufacturing industry experience, looking to play a key role within the sales team of an industry leading manufacturer, where you will significantly boost your earnings through uncapped commission?

On offer is a holistic sales engineer role, where you will be in full control of your own desk and business development. You will build key relationships with high profile accounts and recognized names within various manufacturing industries.

This company are leaders in their niche and are now in a phase of strong expansion. They are looking to provide full training to a new sales engineer and help them grow into an recognised industry expert.

On offer is a chance to travel the US and work with high profile customers, supporting on exciting and creative projects. You will have full control of your desk as you take ownership from initial outside sales to future account management, significantly boosting your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

This role would suit a Sales Engineer with experience within a manufacturing setting, who is looking for lots of autonomy and the opportunity to become a recognised industry expert.

The Role:

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to longterm account management
  • Up to 40% travel across the US and internationally if desired
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key manufacturing sectors (automotive, aerospace, defence, medical)
  • Prepare quotations, manage RFQs, and negotiate contracts through to close

The Candidate:

  • Sales Engineer or B2B Sales professional with experience in a manufacturing environments
  • Looking to become a recognized industry expert
  • Outgoing, personable, and naturally relationship driven
