Senior Architect

They are now in a period of expansion across their offices and are looking for a Senior Architect to join the team.
In this role you will be based from the office in London working on projects across the UK. You will have the opportunity to visit sites and the factory so you will have the chance to grasp the full modular manufacturing and installation process. You will work alongside the Project Leads and Directors, carrying out designs and drawings on projects across all RIBA stages, submitting Building Control and Planning Applications. You will take ownership of multiple projects as well as leading the design team. You will use AutoCAD and Revit as well as other industry software. You will contribute to production of planning and building regulation packages as well as producing design solution for client briefs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Architect who is educated with a Master's Degree or above. You will possess a combination of technical skills and strong previous experience in the construction industry. You will have the relevant qualifications in Architecture as well as be highly proficient in using architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD and possess knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling). You will have previous experience working on construction projects in any industry.
