Senior Architectural Technician
Barnet, London (4 Days Office / 1 Day Hybrid + Site Visits)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid Working + High-End Projects + Project Ownership + Progression
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technician to join a well-established, close-knit architectural practice working on high-end bespoke residential projects.

This architectural practice specialises in high-end and bespoke residential projects, with a growing portfolio that now includes multi-unit developments. With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking to expand its technical capability by bringing in a Senior Architectural Technician to support project delivery and help drive the next phase of growth.
In this role, you will take projects from planning stage through to full construction drawing packages, working heavily in Revit and AutoCAD. You will be responsible for resolving technical details, liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring designs are fully compliant with building regulations. You will also be involved in material specification, site visits and supporting junior team members where required.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, particularly across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, and be confident producing detailed construction drawings. You will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of UK building regulations.

The Role:
- Producing detailed construction drawings from planning stage designs
- Working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5

The Person:
- Strong technical Architectural Technician experience
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience delivering projects through technical stages
