Senior Building Surveyor
Huddersfield
£45,000 - £50,000 + Flexible/Hybrid Working + Car Allowance + Benefits

This company are a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who provide unique consultancy based services working with a large number of councils. They run projects within social housing, residential and high rise sectors. They have continued to grow strongly over the last few years so are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their innovative and forward thinking team.
In this role you will be based in the office in Huddersfield, working a varied work load. Projects vary in size and scale including residential, cladding, social housing and refurbishment projects. Projects will range from single housing schemes to large scale housing developments. Working closely with the team, you will conduct condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design co-ordination, manage tenders and procurement, contract administration and writing design specifications.
The ideal candidate will therefore be a Building Surveyor with strong industry experience. You will need to be a team player whilst also having the ability to work independently.

- RICS or CIOB accredited degree
- Relevant construction industry experience
