Senior Civil Superintendent
$150,000 - $200,000 + Progression + Vehicle + Profit Share + Excellent Benefits

In this role, you'll run the day-to-day operations of complex heavy civil and site development projects. You'll lead crews, coordinate logistics and materials, manage schedules and budgets, and handle any challenges that come up on site. You'll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job your way and the chance to shape both the project and the team around you.

The Role:
- Lead heavy civil and site development projects from start to finish
- Manage and mentor crews, subcontractors, and union employees to deliver results
- Oversee scheduling, materials, equipment, and logistics, making real-time decisions to keep projects on track and profitable
- Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, vendors, and stakeholders
The Person:
- Experienced Superintendent with a strong background in earthworks, grading, and underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, electrical, gas)
- Able to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and grading layouts with precision
- Hands-on leader who motivates teams, solves problems, and drives high-quality results
- Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and making a tangible impact on projects and the community
