This is a senior-level opportunity with a well-established engineering firm delivering complex projects across education, federal, commercial, aviation and hospitality. You'll be trusted to lead from the front, working on high-spec projects where your input genuinely drives outcomes.
In this role, you'll lead electrical delivery from concept through to completion, working closely with clients while supporting and mentoring junior engineers. It's a position built around leadership, coordination, and accountability rather than purely design work.

The Role:
- Lead electrical delivery across a range of complex building projects
- Manage projects from concept through to completion
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Hybrid (2 days in office) - and choose your own schedule
The Person:
- Electrical Engineer with experience in commercial or multi-disciplinary projects
- PE License (required)
- Experience leading projects or ready to step into leadership
- Background in complex building systems
