This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and ambitious business, within a key Estimator position focusing on Concrete Repairs and Ground Engineering projects. Within this role, you will have a real chance to impact a growing business with a path to Directorship.

This specialist maintenance business provides expertise and a bespoke service with a tailored client focus - offering a range of services including concrete structural repairs, ground remediation and geotechnical solutions. Their portfolio of work includes residential, commercial, and civil engineering sectors including basements, bridges, commercial and industrial buildings. Due to their impressive order book and continued growth, they are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced lead Estimator. They actively look to recruit people that can grow alongside the business' success, encouraging a 'promote from within' culture.

In this role, you will be involved in activities including but not limited to; ensuring all tender correspondence is recorded and logged, reviewing contents of tender preparation, preparing tender queries and clarifications, and reviewing subcontract tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with experience in ground engineering, remediation, and/or concrete structural repairs. The ideal candidate will also have the desire to manage and contribute to the growth of the company. The candidate must show they are willing to progress within the company and have interest in the construction market.

The Role:
*Estimator role.
*Review contents of tender documentation and ensure all tender correspondence is logged.
*Ensure work estimates are in line with legislation.
*Prepare bills of quantities / schedule of rates for tender applications.
*Submit subcontractor enquiries and review tender submissions.
*Employee-owned business - progression to Director.

The Person:
*Senior/Lead Estimator/QS with experience in concrete repairs / ground engineering / remediation.
*Experience managing juniors.
*Experience creating proposals and ensuring estimate deadlines are met.
*Cost management & report writing.
*HSEQ knowledge.
*Happy to work minimum 3 days from the office per week.
