Senior Estimator - Progression to Chief Estimator
$120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus + Profit Share + Car Allowance + Full Benefits + Leadership Training

The Role:
- Leading a team and mentoring junior estimators in your team
- Work directly with senior leadership, contributing to strategy and business growth
- Mentor and support junior estimators, with the opportunity to grow and shape your own team
The Candidate:

- Ability to confidently communicate project costs, strategy, and timelines to stakeholders
- Looking to gain training and progress into a leadership position
