Senior HVAC Service Technician
Branford, Connecticut
$70,000 - $125,000 + Overtime + Bonuses + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

In this role, you'll take ownership of field service operations, including troubleshooting, repair, start-up, and maintenance of HVAC systems. You'll work directly with customers to deliver high-quality service while supporting the development of junior technicians.

The Role:
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
* Build strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service and identifying opportunities
* Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
The Person:
* S2 license (or equivalent experience) and EPA Universal Certification
* Strong experience across commercial HVAC systems
* Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently
