This is a senior-level opportunity with a well-established engineering firm delivering complex healthcare projects, including hospitals, surgical facilities, and large medical campuses. You'll be trusted with real ownership from day one.

In this role, you'll lead mechanical delivery across healthcare projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients while mentoring junior engineers and shaping project outcomes.

The Role:

  • Lead mechanical delivery on healthcare projects (hospitals, surgical facilities, etc)
  • Manage projects from concept through to completion
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams
  • Hybrid (2 days in office) choose your own hours!

The Person:

  • Mechanical Engineer with healthcare project experience
  • PE License (required)
  • Experience leading projects or ready to step into leadership
