£80,000 - £90,000 + Healthcare + Company Car + Established Company

Are you a Senior Operations Manager looking to join a world renowned company, alongside a close knit team of experienced engineers who will support you while enhancing your skillset further?

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the managing and overseeing an existing substantial contract located within the West Midlands.

This role would suit a Operations Manager from a contract management background.

The Role:

  • Managing and resourcing the contract to maximise revenue potential
  • Maximizing profit generation through improved productivity, effective labour utilization and control of costs
  • Managing and monitoring of the KPI suit
  • Looking to work for a company with a great reputation

The Person:

  • Prior experience of working in Contract management
  • Experience of working managing and developing sub-contractor relationships to ensure maximum profits and high standards of work
  • Looking for a Senior role working for a well respected industry leading company
