Cardiff
£38,000 - £45,000 + EOT Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Clear Progression

This well-established multidisciplinary practice specialises in planning, architecture, and urban design, delivering high-quality regeneration, education, healthcare, and master planning projects across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for running planning projects from inception through to submission, attending client meetings and consultations, and coordinating closely with internal teams. You will play a key role in supporting the company's ongoing growth plans while being encouraged to develop professionally through structured reviews, mentoring, and continuous learning.
With that, the ideal candidate will have experience within a consultancy environment, strong client-facing skills, and the confidence to run projects independently and a proven ability in a planning position. A relevant degree in Planning, Architecture, or Urban Design is required.

The Role:
- Running planning projects across regeneration and new development schemes
- Managing client relationships and attending meetings and consultations
- Preparing planning applications, reports, and supporting documentation
- Coordinating with internal design and planning teams
- Contributing to business growth and long-term company objectives
- Hybrid working from the Cardiff office
The Person:
- Experience in a planning consultancy environment
- Strong client-facing and project-running ability
- Proactive, articulate, and eager to develop
- Relevant degree in Planning, Architecture, or Urban Design
- Commutable distance from Cardiff
