Senior Plumbing and Heating Engineer
High End Buildings - Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair and North London
£55,000 - 65,000 + Van + Ipad + Holiday + Pension + Training to Commercial Gas + Progression to Team Leader, Overtime available + Company Events

This company is a well established, high end plumbing and heating contractor delivering refurbishment and small works projects across some of London's most prestigious residential and mixed use buildings. Quality, technical excellence, and professionalism sit at the heart of everything they do.
With a stable and experienced team in place and an excellent retention record, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Plumbing and Heating Engineer to take ownership of technical problem solving and small works. This is a key hire offering long term security and influence within the business.
The role is suited to a true technical expert who enjoys fault finding, diagnostics, and dealing directly with clients, managing agents, and property owners. You will be trusted to attend complex call outs, recommend solutions, produce reports and quotations, and manage small works through to completion.
The Role
* Attending technical problem solving call outs across high end domestic and commercial buildings
* Diagnosing complex plumbing and heating faults and implementing effective solutions
* Carrying out servicing, repairs, remedial works, and component replacements
* Producing clear written reports and detailed quotations
* Managing small works from enquiry through to completion
The Person
* Gas Safe registered with strong domestic experience
* Unvented hot water qualification
* Multiskilled with broad technical knowledge
* Proven experience in fault finding and diagnostics
* Confident and professional when dealing with clients and stakeholders
