$150,000 - $180,000
Bonus Eligible (company performance based), 1st Shift, Full Production Ownership

Do you want to lead every aspect of production and shape how operations are built from day one?
This is the senior production leadership role at a sterile injectables manufacturing site entering a critical phase of growth. As the business transitions into full production, this hire will define how manufacturing is structured, led, and executed.
You will oversee all production operations, leading managers responsible for packaging, inspection, and core sterile manufacturing functions. This is a true manager-of-managers position with authority over staffing, output, performance, and operational discipline.
In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll build a production function that is controlled, compliant, and scalable. You will work directly with Quality and senior leadership to ensure sterile injectable operations run efficiently and meet regulatory standards from day one!
Sterile injectables experience is essential. You must have led production within aseptic pharmaceutical environments and be comfortable operating at senior leadership level.

The Role:
- Lead and own all sterile injectable production operations
- Oversee managers responsible for packaging, inspection, and manufacturing teams
- Establish production structure, performance standards, and operational readiness
- Partner closely with Quality and executive leadership to ensure compliant output
The Person:
- Significant leadership experience within sterile injectables manufacturing
- Experience operating as a Head of Production or Senior Production Manager
- Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead managers and drive operational performance
