Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager, to join an award-winning leader in a technically interesting role, where you'll be the key driver in the delivery of technically interesting initiatives, working on some iconic projects in the city.

They are a market leading interior fit-out and joinery, offering a full turn-key service from in-house design, manufacturing through to onsite installation . Due to continued success and new project awards, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate a flagship fit-out developments in Central London.
Working as the key lead on site, you will establish and manage the full project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation through to completion and handover. You will act as the primary liaison with clients and internal & external stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance, programme delivery, budget control, and the highest standards of quality and safety throughout.

THE ROLE:
*Create project plans, setting milestones so that contractual deadlines are met
*Allocating resource management - staff, labour, plant, materials
*Stakeholders are informed of project progress, timelines and challenges
*Establishing and ensuring project budgets are maintained
THE PERSON:
*Senior Project Manager within interior fit-out projects
*Project Management qualifications preferred
*Commercially aware with strong budget management capability
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*Proven ability to deliver complex projects within programme and financial constraints
