Service Coordinator
$55,000 - $60,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + 401k + Full Benefits + 3 Weeks PTO + $350/week Stipend

In this role, you'll take ownership of customer service work orders from initial setup through to completion and invoicing. Acting as a central communication point between customers, technicians, and internal teams, you'll help keep projects moving in a busy, high-energy environment.
This role would suit someone highly organised, customer-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts with a wealth of formal training and development with clear progression opportunities into other areas of the business.
The Role:
- Manage customer service work orders from setup through closeout and invoicing
- Coordinate labour partners and schedule service/warranty work
- Occasional on-call work required with additional stipend up to $350/week
The Candidate:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously
- Customer-focused and comfortable speaking regularly with clients and third-party partners
