Service Engineer (Semiconductor Industry)

€40,000 - €50,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance + Stock Option + Gym Membership + Insurance
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer looking to join an international manufacturer of Semiconductor equipment. This opportunity will allow you to work in the most advanced and competitive industries in Europe, you will be trained to be an expert with high tech tools and equipment.
This multinational company invents ground-breaking systems and solutions to manufacture semiconductors and other electronic components that are used by world leading technology companies that are used in thousands of products worldwide. They operate worldwide field service centres that identify and improve performance for companies within their network.
In this role you will be heavily involved with upgrade and repair of highly complicated equipment, servicing and troubleshooting, managing projects at customer sites, and representing company standards to the customer. You will also be working with the worldwide technical support team to resolve issues remotely.
The ideal candidate will be a certified engineer or degree qualified in a technical discipline. Minimum one year experience in a similar high tech industry. This role requires occasional domestic and European travel, therefore, an EU resident permit is required to be considered. Fluent English and French is required.
The Role:
*Service client site upgrades, troubleshooting, and contributing to the technical support team
*Part of a worldwide team of highly skilled Service Engineers
*All expenses paid travel across France - no weekends

The Person:
*Certified Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
*Experience working on customer sites undertaking engineering work in similar sector
*Fluent English and French
*EU Citizen
