Site Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Progression

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on multiple sites overseeing the successful delivery of projects for a leading construction company who specialise in a unique range of Staircase and balustrade packages to a number of tier one contractors.

This family run company have a long legacy dominating the internal balustrade and handrail industry generating an impressive turnover. Specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of Staircases, Balustrades and handrails this company provide services to a number of tier one contractors working on both commercial and residential projects. This company have ambitious plans for nationwide expansion and aims to double its turnover in the next few years to aid the expansion they have expanded their client offerings opening a bespoke division within the business alongside their core division. To facilitate this growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to play a pivotal role within the company.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Site Manager to join a well-established, rapidly expanding sub-contractor where you will work with reputable tier 1 clients in an autonomous role where you will demonstrate your expertise within a dynamic company.
Reporting to the Project Manager director you will be working on a number of projects responsible for setting up sites, managing installation teams, reporting to the project manager, ensuring build is to programme, completing quality checks and ensuring health and safety. You will be both office and site based working on a variety of projects.
It is imperative that you have a strong Construction background with either a main or sub-contractor within the construction industry. You will need proven experience on delivering projects on time and to budget.
