Site Safety Officer
$75,000 to $78,000 + Incentive Bonus + Training + Excellent Benefits

They're looking for someone they can grow and succession plan into senior safety leadership over the next 5 to 7 years.
This is about being out on site. Walking jobs. Working with crews. Spotting risks early and setting the standard for how safety should actually be done.
The Role:
- Site inspections and hazard assessments
- Leading toolbox talks and field training
- Supporting Foremen and Project Managers
- Preparing Activity Hazard Analyses and safety plans
- Investigating incidents and managing reporting
- Driving a positive, coaching-led safety culture
- 75% of your time in the field and 25% in the office
The Person:
- Construction or industrial safety experience
- OSHA knowledge
- Confident communicating with site teams and leadership
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Must have a valid driving record
