Software Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading architecture decisions, scaling infrastructure, implementing best practices, and mentoring a distributed team. You'll work cross-functionally with ML, product, and design to ship impactful features at speed.

The Role
*Lead and grow a cross-functional team of software engineers (web, mobile, backend)
*Define technical vision and drive scalable system architecture decisions
*Own delivery of high-quality product features across the full stack
*Partner with Product, Design, and ML teams to scope, prioritize, and execute
*Implement engineering processes to boost velocity and maintain code quality
*Support hiring, onboarding, and career growth across the engineering org
The Person
*Strong experience in technical leadership or management roles
*Background in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
*Strong track record scaling consumer or B2B products in startup environments
*Deep familiarity with CI/CD, code review, testing, and agile delivery
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
*Located in New York
