Excellent opportunity for a Systems or Software Engineer with C# experience to join a brand new department within an established organisation offering a great benefits package, brilliant progression routes through the business, and the chance to get involved in some highly technical and fascinating projects!

This company are undergoing a major modernisation project currently ranging from the build and installation of several new data centres, hardware upgrades and replacements, through to how and where the electricity that powers their multiple sites come from. This Software Systems Engineer will be part of a brand new MES Team looking at improving several sites across the Teesside area.

In this role you will join a brand new department. You be involved in all things program design, coding, testing, documentation, and modification. You'll predominantly work with C#, .NET, and SQL. You'll work very closely with various departments including Software Development, Operations, and various Manufacturing teams. You'll be involved in projects ranging from database build, manipulation, and presentation, controls software reviews, and web development. Due to the immediate requirements you will be site-based but there are longer-term plans to incorporate hybrid-working when possible.

The ideal candidate will have C#, .NET, and SQL experience. Any experience with Database build and data manipulation would be highly beneficial, as is any experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Candidates must be comfortable commuting, or willing to relocate to, the Teesside area.
