Staff Product Designer (Consumer Mobile)
$200,000 - $260,000 + Equity, 401(k), Medical, Unlimited PTO

You'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and execution, turning complex member journeys into simple, intuitive, and emotionally engaging flows. Expect meaningful ownership over discovery, interaction design, and end-to-end experience quality across a product people rely on weekly, not occasionally.
You'll work closely with product managers and engineers, shipping directly to production, iterating fast, and setting the design foundations that future teams will build on. It's a high-autonomy environment, ideal for a design leader who thrives in fast feedback loops and wants to see their work shape habits, not just screens.

The Role
- Own the end-to-end user experience for a core product area, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Design intuitive, high-craft interfaces that balance aesthetics, usability, and business outcomes
- Translate complex workflows into clear, elegant user journeys that drive engagement and retention
- Lead research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate ideas with real users
- Partner closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality execution at speed
The Person
- Strong experience in product or UI/UX design within consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work with clear user and business impact
- Deep experience across research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual systems
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership startup environments
- Design-driven mindset with strong intuition backed by user insight and data
