Strategy Associate (Web3 & Blockchain)
United states - Remote (must be able to work to EST)
$120,000 - $150,000 + Large Performance Bonus + Company Benefits (Dental, vision, medical, life insurance) + Flexible PTO + training

As the Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping token launch strategies and ecosystem development, working closely with the leadership team and cross-functional teams to ensure success of operations. You will also partner with clients to refine their strategy and to develop implementation plans.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong interest in Web3 and Blockchain to join a high growth company, who will offer industry specific training and support career growth.
The Role:
* Work closely the leadership team to develop and refine internal business strategies
* Participate in client workshops aimed at comprehending business objectives, primary stakeholders, user incentives, token distribution dynamics, and optimal economy design
* Optimize token launches in conjunction with cross-functional teams
* Create and refine clients' long-term strategic roadmaps and develop implementation plans
*Receive tokenomics training from industry experts
The person:
* Looking for a fully remote Web3 role (must be available during EST hours)
* Strong financial or management consultancy background
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit
* Passionate and knowledgeable about Web3, with a solid grasp of terminology, strategies, and latest trends
